MASTER PLAN

The Master Plan at the Miguel Hernández University was established in 2001, arising from the need to implement a quality culture within management processes.
Following the “Management by Objectives (MBO)” and “Process Management” methodologies, all Master Plans have been designed with the ultimate goal of continuous improvement. The assessment of these 25 years of management and six editions of the Master Plan shows excellent results, fully meeting the established expectations.
This progress has made the university’s various services more effective, efficient, and accessible, leading to increased satisfaction among both the professionals performing the work and the clients receiving the services.
The VII UMH Master Plan covers the 2026–2029 period and, as with previous plans, is aligned with the EFQM 2025 Excellence Model, which serves as the framework of reference at UMH. The VII MASTER PLAN is structured into five main areas of action:
